Rating:

This mountain is a spectacular, scenic and exciting peak that puts to test even the seasoned and fit mountain enthusiast and trekker. Although the trek may seem practically uncomplicated it is quite demanding as it is the highest trekking peak in Nepal ( 6476 m / 21,246 ft ).

The Mera Peak trek cum expedition commences with a hike through the luxuriant Hinku Valley forests. The valley is stunningly beautiful and aids acclimatization for the Mera Peak climb itself. As you trek on along glaciers, you will rewarded with amazing panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Makalu, Ama Dablam, Cho Oyu and various other peaks over 7000 – 8000 meters. The return leg of the trek takes us through a different route and you will be further treated to superb views and landscape from start to finish.

We provide excellent top quality services on the Mera Expedition. Our food, equipment, trekking crew and highly experienced western leader maximizes your chances of making it to the top.

To get an initial experience of Mera Peak, you could first attempt Mont Blanc.
